Please Note: If you are making an online payment for a previous balance to avoid shut off, that payment must be received 2 working days before the cutoff date specified on the delinquent notice to allow time for the payment to post. If you do not allow 2 working days, the payment will not prevent the shutoff.
Do NOT use online payment if your water service has been shut off. This payment MUST be made at the billing office or you can use the night drop box located at the billing office. If your service has been shut off, you must pay the past due bill and the disconnect fee to get service restored. An adult must be present to restore the water service.
